Cammono is collaborating with Oblong Industries Sales team and iMotion to develop a software interface to detect decision-making processes during business and pre-production meetings. We designed a head-tracking system that analyzes quantity and intensity of attention while staring at a particular part of the screen. I am curating the business and design development of software and hardware components.

We applied the latest in knowledge
management technology to better “make sense” of the World Bank’s vast stock of
urban knowledge, such as through intelligent tagging, personalized search, and
context-based discovery. End users of the platform would be the World Bank staff, practitioners, researchers and students with the purpose to facilitate, 1) Connections (in person and virtual meetings) 2) Open Knowledge (co-creation and curation) and 3) Open Data (benchmarking and open access).

LIBERIA SOLAR PANEL PROJECT

PLAD (with the support of IMF) designed two workshops in selected villages on solar panel installation. The objective was to provide electricity in the schools and homes of the most vulnerable segment of the society to enable their children to do their homework at night. The goal of the project was to use solar technology education and hands-on training to enhance the skills of the workers and enable them to disseminate their acquired knowledge quickly throughout Liberia.

WORLD BANK CITIZEN FEEDBACK PLATFORM

The World Bank citizen platform was an online tool to improve the knowledge exchange between the World Bank and the common citizen. The platform was designed to be easily adapted to both computers and mobile devices so that the World Bank information will be highly accessible to the public. The platform goal was to take the information stored in the World Bank extensive database and transform it into an engaging website that supports a transparent framework particularly for citizens, and all other users surrounding World Bank projects and initiatives.

MADAGASCAR GOVERNMENT LEARNING SYSTEM

The government initiative supported by the World Bank and facilitated by the INPULSE team aims to develop a KM platform for organizing, analyzing and sharing all the knowledge produced by a major governance project in Madagascar (PGDI2). The KM system should be a comprehensive “living organism” with the goal to Strengthen citizen participation in selected villages through easy access to budget and land information.

3D Project Wall represent a demo for a multi-touch collaborative user interface for analyzing building performance. The interface showcased new types of interactions with multi-touch screens and interactive feedback scenarios to understand modeling performance during the design of complex architecture systems.

The project, as a collaboration between the School of Information Studies and the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at UWM, is to design a retrieval tool for the Community Design Solution (CDS) projects database. The prototype synchronizes a multi-facets 3D visualization and a language- modelling-based search engine.
