Lucio is the CEO and Chief Product Designer at INPULSE Inc. an information technology startup that designs and implements hardware and software solutions at the intersection of open data, knowledge management, and international development initiatives. He leads large-scale digital projects for fortune 500 and startups clients including large financial organizations, academic institutions and NGOs.
In 2012 Lucio founded the Boston Entrepreneurship Center (BEC) with the mission of unlocking the potential of visionary individuals and give back to the entrepreneurial community. This led to the inception and launch of over 50 business projects and 15 startups. As a founding member of IMPACT HUB Boston and a judge of the MIT 100K Launch competition, he is a mentor and coach for many early-stage startup entrepreneurs.
As an architect and urban designer, Lucio has worked with the R&D team of Italian Architect, Massimiliano Fuksas. In this role, he collaborated with Fuksas and the movie director Luc Besson to design the Euromed Center in Marseille.
