1) MEASURE HEART RATE Measure Pulse at all times. The sensor will check the heart rate on any occasion over time: before an activity to assess stress, or after to assess fitness level.
2) MEASURE ELECTRODERMAL ACTIVITY Measure skin conductance, which captures the intensity of an individual’s current experience. Skin conductance usually increases when a person is more aroused – whether engaged, stressed, or excited. Skin conductance tends to stay low or drop when a person is less aroused – disengaged, bored, or calm.
3) MEASURE MOVEMENT A 3-axis accelerometer registers motion changes in all three dimensions. Accelerometer patterns can also reveal repetitive or characteristic movements such as physical activity like running, walking, or other forms of exercise. It can also be used to zoom in on other activities like combing hair, washing dishes, and shaving.
4) MEASURE HYDRATATION Measure hydration levels in real-time – collecting signals that tell when and how much to drink. Every astronauts knows hydration levels are crucial to peak performance, but dehydration can sneak up on anyone, at any time.
